Also, the feed bins that you scoop feed from the top have you using the feed that you likely just put in there, and the oldest feed and crumbs on the bottom sit and rot and attract insects. Use these plans to build a reasonably priced, rodent proof, air tight, clean, sanitary and easy to dispense feed system. First I selected an air tight drum with a tight and easy to seal lid.
